I have uploaded this using Filezilla which is set to active ftp upload

THIS PAGE IS NAMED index.html JUST DELETE FROM YOUR WEBSPACE FILES 

You may need to turn off passive FTP, to do this within Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click Tools then Advanced

3. Un-tick Use passive FTP (For firewall and DSL modem compatibility)

4. Press Apply then Ok and test the account again
